What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyzing user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
- Developing user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Presenting and articulating design rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Iterating on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Maintaining and evolving design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
What You will Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and demonstrating your ability to solve user problems through effective design solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design and principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Knowledge of web and mobile accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
