Frontend Developer
Job Description
What You will Be Doing:
- Translating UI/UX designs (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) into functional and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Developing and maintaining responsive websites and web applications that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and providing feedback on potential implementation challenges.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers to refine visual designs and ensure consistency across the user interface.
- Working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
- Optimizing website performance for speed and scalability.
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Implementing and maintaining front-end testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of frontend style guides and component libraries.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
What You will Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Designer or Frontend Developer with a strong focus on visual design.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and modern JavaScript .
- Experience with responsive design principles and techniques (e.g., media queries, flexbox, grid).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and the ability to translate designs accurately into code.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
