SEO Executive - Driving Organic Growth and Visibility

Location: Puri, Odisha, India (or Remote)

As our SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's visibility, organic search rankings, and drive qualified traffic. You will analyze website performance, conduct keyword research, optimize content, and build valuable backlinks to achieve our online growth objectives.  

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business goals.
• Conducting in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-potential search terms.
• Performing technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may hinder search engine crawlability and indexability.
• Optimizing website content, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body text, for target keywords and user intent.
• Implementing on-page optimization techniques to improve website structure, internal linking, and user experience.
• Building high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective outreach strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Generating regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborating with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all online efforts.
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities and understand industry benchmarks.
• Identifying and implementing local SEO strategies to improve visibility within the Puri region (if applicable).
• Keeping abreast of emerging SEO tools and technologies.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• A strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
• Experience with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and search console tools (e.g., Google Search Console).
• Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with technical SEO elements (e.g., site architecture, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, page speed).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving measurable organic growth.
